These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.bitsur.us, its content, resources, communications, educational activities, and consulting services offered by BitSur LLC (“BitSur” or the “Company”), organized in the State of Florida, United States.
By using the website or engaging a service, an individual acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms. If they do not agree, they should refrain from using the website or requesting services.
1. Nature of BitSur and Scope of Services
BitSur provides training, content development, and technology consulting related to blockchain, cryptoassets, digital security, decentralized technologies, and business applications.
BitSur does not operate as a bank, currency exchange, exchange platform, money transmitter, custodian, broker, financial adviser, investment manager, or investment fund. It does not receive, hold, custody, manage, or invest third-party funds or cryptoassets; execute buy or sell orders on behalf of users; or offer balance accounts, yields, interest, or guaranteed returns.
2. Educational and Consulting Services
The features, duration, delivery method, price, and scope of a training or consulting engagement will be defined on the applicable page, commercial proposal, service order, or separate agreement. In the event of a conflict, the separate document will control that service.
Access to materials, sessions, certificates, or deliverables may be subject to previously communicated requirements, attendance, payment, and academic rules. Participation does not guarantee employment, income, business results, technical mastery, or financial profitability.
3. Informational Content and Market Analysis
The website may publish educational information, tutorials, opinions, general analyses, historical prices, scenarios, and explanations concerning digital assets. This content is provided solely for educational and informational purposes; it does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice or a personalized invitation to buy, sell, or hold assets.
References to a potential opportunity, valuation, or market timing reflect general analysis subject to uncertainty. Each individual must conduct their own research, consider their circumstances, and consult independent professional advisers before making decisions.
4. User Requirements
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information when required for an inquiry or service;
- use the website and materials lawfully and respectfully;
- not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or introduce malicious code;
- not reproduce, resell, distribute, or exploit protected materials without authorization;
- not use BitSur’s name, marks, or content to deceive, impersonate, or promote unlawful activities;
- protect their own devices, passwords, wallets, private keys, and seed phrases.
5. Security and Self-Custody
When content discusses third-party wallets, exchanges, protocols, or tools, users retain sole responsibility for their selection and use. BitSur will never request seed phrases, private keys, or remote control of assets as a requirement of training. Users must verify addresses, links, smart contracts, permissions, and security measures before independently conducting any transaction.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
References or links to external platforms, protocols, wallets, exchanges, data providers, or websites are provided for educational purposes or convenience. They do not imply endorsement, warranty, partnership, or representation. BitSur does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, terms, decisions, losses, failures, or data processing practices.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, BitSur mark, designs, texts, courses, presentations, methodologies, videos, graphics, and original materials belong to BitSur or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Unless expressly authorized, users receive only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use materials for learning purposes.
Third-party marks and content belong to their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply affiliation.
8. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
For paid services, the price, currency, taxes, schedule, and payment methods will be disclosed before engagement. Payments are exclusively for expressly contracted training, consulting, or other technology deliverables and not for acquiring or managing digital assets.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be established in the applicable offer or agreement. In the absence of specific rules, a request must be submitted in writing before the service begins and will be evaluated in light of costs already incurred, materials delivered, and applicable law.
9. Accuracy and Updates
BitSur seeks to use reasonable sources and keep content current, but blockchain and digital markets evolve rapidly. We do not warrant that all information will be complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Dates, figures, regulations, products, and features may change.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitSur will not be liable for financial decisions made based on content, market losses, loss of keys, transfer errors, failures of external platforms, cybersecurity incidents beyond its control, lost profits, or indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Where liability arises from a paid service, unless mandatory law or a different agreement applies, BitSur’s total liability will be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, users will be responsible for damages and claims arising from their unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, breach of these Terms, or unauthorized use of BitSur materials.
12. Privacy and Communications
Information processing is governed by BitSur’s Privacy Policy. Newsletter subscriptions require consent and may be canceled at any time. Operational communications relating to an engaged service may be sent when necessary for performance.
13. Minors
Individuals under 18 require authorization and supervision from a legal representative to engage or participate in services. The website is not intentionally directed to children under 13.
14. Suspension or Termination
BitSur may limit or suspend access in the event of breach, security risk, abusive use, infringement of rights, or a legal requirement. Termination does not affect rights or obligations arising beforehand.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply. Before initiating a formal claim, the parties will seek to resolve it in good faith through written communication.
Unless a different mandatory legal provision applies, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

17. Entire Agreement, Severability, and No Waiver
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and any applicable separate documents constitute the agreement governing use of the website. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
18. Amendments
BitSur may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version will be published with its update date. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the applicable version, except where additional consent is required by law.
These Terms replace prior terms relating to P2P purchase and sale or the acquisition of digital assets through BitSur. Such activities are not part of the current offering described on this website.
